Kamitora Ramen is a noodle joint in Wanchai.  The restaurant can seat 15-20.  Line ups are the norm during the lunch time rush.  You will need to go before noon or after 1:30 to avoid the crowds.  I quite enjoyed it.  The broth is rich with heaps of fat and hearty enough to glue your lips together.  I loathe the intricacies of Ramen only enough to say I will eat this when I need a break from the norm.

this is their signature dish. $83.

The runny egg is good.  Be sure to poke it open at the start of the meal.

I like the fact they have actual Japanese people making the noodles.  HK’ers tend to bastardize the nuances that make ramen noodles authentic.  $83 for a bowl of noodles.
