Cinnamon Buns. S-Bite size.

Necessity is the mother of Invention.  I can never find quality cinnamon buns that taste right.  As luck would have it, my GF loves to bake.  This is the process involved in creating your own Cinnamon Buns at home.  In this instance as is the case for HK, it’s better to make your own food rather pay for disappointment.

Bun dough.

Roll out

Add brown sugar and cinnamon

Too much sugar!!!!

Spread lovingly

Roll the dough into itself

Cut into size to fit the pan

Leave ample room for the buns to expand

An hour later, the buns have expanded and now it’s time to throw into the oven for 30 mins.  No frosting as GF is testing her healthy Cinnamon Bun recipe.
