This restaurant does brisk business for the lunch time crowd.  They garner attention for their sunny side eggs with bbq pork on rice.  I saw the large crowds and made a mental note to return.  The restaurant features numerous food related articles harking to this dish.

They were so busy with orders for their signature dish that they refuse to take in more orders while working their way through the backlog.  It would be simple and effective to churn out as much as possible.  The restaurant should know during the lunch rush that they can sell the dish as fast as they can make it yet once they have a large back order, they refuse to add to it.  Every table in the restaurant had people eating this dish.  They would not let me order it so I had to order anything else but the sunny side eggs with bbq pork.

We ordered the pan fried spaghetti noodes with beef in a black pepper sauce.  It did taste good but we were here for one reason alone.  So long as you sit there long enough, they will bring over their signature dish to you.  If they have to ask if you had ordered it already, just say yes.  It’s worth the wait.  Don’t worry about salmonella, the cult following at this place should be a reflection of the inability of patrons to catch it.  I wold imagine the backlog is the inability to allow the sunny side up eggs to sit.  If the eggs were grilled over-easy, they can easily meet the stampede of orders that they seem to expect each and every day.

If the atmosphere was more relaxed rather than a constant sprint, the meal could use a cold glass of wine.  The meal would go down very well with a chilled red wine.
