I am able to identify ripe pears and ripe kiwis.  The sweet notes on swirl provide hints of overly ripe peach.  I can taste peach, apple with citrus notes but unable to identify the citrus fruits.  I may be tasting apricot rather than peach.  It smells of peach but tastes of apricot.  The wine leaves a nutty residue in your mouth. The wine is highly acidic and a light gold colour.  It pairs well with crisp tart apples.  I bite of apple with each sip of wine.  It’s just rotten grapes.
