Rice for Breakfast

$18 gets you the following – a giant bowl of steam rice, meat loaf and an egg on topImage

you modify it with the following to make it healthy, ginger.

Ginger does a great job of settling the stomach.  Make sure you ingest it prior to putting anything else in first.  I don’t imagine eating such a heavy meal for breakfast is healthy so one may consider skipping dinner.
